Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential leads, new customer prospects, and new products recommendation for current customer base.  
  • Conduct regular customer review calls to solicit information to determine how BIZPORT can serve our customers better and follow up as necessary. 
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly out-bound sales activities via phone, email, social media, and in-person to increase top-line revenue. 
  • Accurately record and maintain customer contact information and details. 
  • Work with CEO, CMO, and Regional Director to set goals for top-line revenue, out-going sales activities, and reporting. 
  • Complete weekly sales reporting. 
  • Assist and Support BIZPORT’s Sales Team as needed. 
  • Represent BIZPORT at networking events and other community related events. 
  • Update social media content across all channels including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest 
  • Engage with customers and followers in social media feeds or direct messages. 
  • Build and manage email campaigns in collaboration with the design team. 
  • Collaborate with departments such as sales, marketing, and customer service to ensure brand consistency 
  • Use analytics and metrics to measure the success of content and make data-driven decisions for future content creation

Requirements

  • One Year Sales Experience or some level of customer service experience 
  • Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 
  • Positive attitude, exemplary attendance, and reliable team member 
  • Working Hours 8:30am – 5:00 pm

BIZPORT is a fast-growing digital printing company in need of Prepress Graphic Designers that are willing to learn and grow with us!

This position requires pre-press knowledge including preflight formatting, intake, processing, checking and setting-up files to meet our high-quality standards. It also includes various digital design tasks to turn customer files into printable and fully producible production files, with production design and occasional creative design tasks for both large and small format presses. This position is an essential part of BIZPORT’s production team and serves as a liaison for Customer Service, Sales and Production.

The successful candidate must be detail oriented with outstanding layout and proofing skills and have experience with print production and the pre-press processes. Must be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat. Must be able to work on several projects simultaneously and perform within tight deadlines. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills, have the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment, and acquire new skills with an extraordinary attitude toward success and continuous improvement. This is an excellent position for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment that utilizes technical, design and customer service skills.

BIZPORT is a fast-growing digital printing company in need of entry-level Large Format Operators that are willing to learn and grow with us!

Must be technically savvy and a quick study. Additional opportunities are available based on ability to learn multiple pieces of equipment and increase your flexibility. Will be tasked with learning the BIZPORT way to operate Digital Die-Cutters, InkJet Presses, and various Finishing equipment.

A successful candidate for this position will have self-direction, natural intelligence, some printing aptitude, and a passion for doing good work. Strong problem-solving skills are a plus. We offer a fun and comfortable manufacturing work environment that will keep you on your feet all day and moving constantly. This is an excellent position for someone who wants to work in a hands-on setting that balances both technology and creativity.

Couriers are responsible for safely delivering orders from our shop to our customer’s locations. Drivers deliver our products but are also responsible for a positive customer experience, therefore must interact with customers and the people they work within a professional and courteous manner. Must have valid driver’s license, good communication skills, customer service skills and the ability to navigate by GPS. Capability to perform other duties between deliveries as warranted by management.
